Advancement in Safety Practice for the Lift and Escalator Industry in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a modern city with a high population density and a great demand for efficient vertical transportation. Lift and escalator safety has become increasingly important. The Hong Kong Government has imposed strict requirements on the design, construction and maintenance of lifts and escalators in order to safeguard installation and maintenance workers and passengers.
