New Developments in Lift Doors

The aim of this presentation will be to reveal in brief exposition the most recent developments connected with the lift doors, both car doors and landing doors. A great emphasis will be put on those advances directed to help with the fulfilment of the COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 95/216/CE. The reason of this special accent is the important implications that this will have in the lift industry. An explanation of the set of tools used in the development of these products will be provided as well, illustrating in detail the work of a mechanism simulation software called COMPAM.
